Each product shipped from our company is tested for assembly faults, functionality and performance. It also undergoes 1 hour of fast burn-in tests to check for any early failures. However there are rare cases which can escape the tests and some products could get damaged during transit. We are committed to our customer satisfaction at all times with our Warranty and Return policies.

12 MONTHS WARRANTY
For damages arising out of regular usage, ZSCircuits would offer repair service or replacement, free of cost within 12 months of purchase. The product needs to be shipped to our company for repairs. The customers would be provided with a report on failure analysis and based on that the product will be either repaired or replaced. Physical damages and accessories like cables are not covered under warranty. The use of the product outside the stated operating conditions would void the warranty.

LIFE LONG REPAIRS
​In case the product is damaged beyond the warranty period, ZSCircuits would repair the product at the customer's expense. The customers would be informed in advance before the repairs are carried out. The product needs to be shipped to our company for repairs.
 

NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS
In case the customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason, they may opt to return the same with the original packing and accessories within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund minus shipping charges. The customer pays for the return shipping to ZSCircuits. The shipping charges will be waived off for faulty products. The refund will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the products at our company, using the same payment method. No Questions Asked !!!. You may however voluntarily give us feedback.

SHIPPING POLICY

All our international shipments are made through DHL Express. Typical delivery times around the world ranges from 4 to 7 days. The orders are shipped out from our company within 2 working days of the order. Hence the customers can expect the products delivered in about 7 to 10 days of ordering.
